This website is operated by Arstco Design Studio (Koopseni), referred to as “we”, “our” and “us” in this agreement. By accessing this Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use, including additional terms and policies included on the website. (We have a different set of Terms & Conditions for Sellers applying to sell under Koopseni, in which we will disclose in a separate form upon application)

Access

As a customer, you have access to the website and its content limited to personal use.

You are strictly not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit the website content or any product image, product description and listing, page layout and design, trademark, logo or any other website contents for any commercial purpose, except with our authorised permission.

You are not allowed to interfere with the website or another customer’s access to the website.

You are not allowed to engage or assist any third party to carry out any of the activities prohibited in this Terms of Service.

Account

You must be above 18 to sign up and use our services. Minors wishing to use our services may do so through a parent or legal guardian’s account with supervision and permission.

You are required to update your personal information accurately and are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your account. By signing up, you agree to bear sole responsibility for all activities that transpire under your account. 

We reserve the right to refuse service, or remove accounts in our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property, Copyright and Trademark

As a community of creatives, we value and take intellectual property very seriously. 

You are strictly prohibited from copying, duplicating, reproducing or exploiting any of our website content and trademarks including logo, graphics, design, fonts, photographs and others.

Sellers have the right to their respective content and by selling under Koopseni agrees to grant us the license to use, display, promote, advertise, modify, reproduce, distribute and sell their creative works on their behalf as part of our service as stated in the Seller Agreement. 

Each Seller is solely responsible for their own creative works on the website. We will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement issues regarding any Sellers’ work.

All website contents other than Sellers’ own creative works rightfully belong to Koopseni.

Products and Services

Please note that despite our every effort to accurately display images and specify each products, actual colours, design, and details may vary slightly due to factors such as different screen display setting, slight difference in product finishes, and others.

Currently all our products are not readily available stock – we go by preorder basis in which we process and print our products upon order confirmation every Friday, and ships out every Monday. 

Your purchase of a creative work is only limited to personal use; it does not grant you the license to replicate, reproduce, duplicate or otherwise exploit any content or products on the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel order at any time in our sole discretion.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to review, modify, or give promotions on any of our products without prior notice.

We will not cancel any successful transactions for any reason. All sales are final.

Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to other websites, or third-party plugins. We will not be responsible for the privacy policies of these other websites. We suggest you to check on these websites’ privacy practices before you leave our page.

Limits of Liability

Your use of this Site and our services is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any kind of damages occuring from the use of our website and services, be it direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Changes

We reserve the right to review, update, change or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion.
