Payment Option
We accept payment via local Online Banking (Toyyibpay), Paypal (International Payment), Debit Card and Credit Card (Toyyibpay).
Order
We will not cancel, modify or refund any successful transactions.
There will be a different price set for international orders (all countries outside of Malaysia). The actual amount to be paid will be reflected during checkout in USD currency.
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed by customer(s).
Shipping
Domestic delivery via Pos Laju (SendParcel) with tracking number. Shipping fee depends on products’ shipping class based on weight (kg). Delivery time takes 3-5 days.
International delivery via DHL Packet Plus Standard with tracking number. Delivery rate varies depending on delivery location and shipping class, which will be reflected during checkout. International delivery time takes approximately 10-14 days.
Any customs & taxes that may apply to orders placed outside of Malaysia are customer’s responsibilites.
Please understand that once your order(s) are shipped out, we will not be responsible for delayed, damaged, missing or stolen packages as it is beyond our control. In such cases, all claims shall be made to the courier services.
Refund & Cancellation
We do not accept any refunds, exchanges or cancellations under any circumstances. We believe in our quality control and that we have produced, packaged and shipped your orders to the best of our abilities.
